Unternehmen brauchen zur Erstellung valider Zukunftsbilder Unterstützung, um eine neue Ausrichtung zu finden. Zur Erstellung potenzieller Szenarien findet die Delphi Methodik in Forschung und Praxis zunehmend Anwendung. Trotz Vorteile und Nutzung in anderen Disziplinen hat sich die Methodik im SCM noch nicht vollumfänglich etabliert. Unsicherheit verlangt Orientierung! Deshalb braucht auch die SCM Forschung einen geeigneten Ansatz zum Blick in die Zukunft. Durch Vernetzung auf Tagungen sowie Publikationen möchten wir diese Methodik in unserer Forschungsgemeinschaft weiter bekanntmachen.
