Wir entwickeln im Forschungsbereich „Decision Support“ Theorien, Methoden, Techniken und Softwarewerkzeuge, um Entscheidungen von Interessenvertreter von Informationssystemen in Bezug auf betriebswirtschaftliche Leistungskennzahlen (z. B. Kosten) zu verbessern.
Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, greifen wir insbesondere auf analytische, daten-getriebene Ansätze zurück, um wertvolle Erkenntnisse aus zugrundeliegenden Daten für die Entscheidungsunterstützung zu gewinnen.
